My Clarinets

Here is a pic showing most of the clarinet family. On the floor is a Bundy alto clarinet. Then from left to right we have a Leblanc Bb contrabass, Weril C soprano, Bundy Eb soprano, Yamaha A soprano, Buffet Bb soprano and a Buffet "low C" bass.

Here are 4 of the soprano clarinets. From left to right: Eb, C, Bb, and A.

Three Albert system soprano clarinets. l to r: Supertone C soprano, Penzel-Mueller Bb soprano, and a mystery A soprano.

Three C soprano clarinets. l to r: Weril Boehm system, Supertone Albert system and a Bugobot Albert system. I bought the Weril and the Bugobot in Brazil.

This is the Bugobot in its case. It was made in Sao Paulo, Brazil and is made from Caviuna wood (a type of Brazilian rosewood).

This is an interesting Albert system Bb clarinet. It was made by Buescher in 1913. It's got a metal curved "neck" and a metal upturned bell...making it look like a miniature alto clarinet.

The Buescher in it's case. There is no place in the case for the mouthpiece, but I found it fits snugly inside the bell which gets clamped down on the lid of the case.

The Leblanc contrabass clarinet is the lowest member of the clarinet family. This happens to be the compact "paperclip" model.
